Raz Meirman (רז מאירמן) was the host of the first season of HaMerotz LaMillion. He is an attorney, a model and a TV presenter.
He became famous at a young age when he modeled in international campaigns for Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Mitsubishi and more. He was selected to lead the 2009 summer campaign fashion company Celio. Meirman was also a corespondent on Good Evening with Guy Pines and a field reporter for a local news show called HOT.
Meirman competed in the second season of Rokdim Im Kokhavim, the Israeli version of Dancing With the Stars. He was eliminated in the penultimate episode.
In 2009, it was announced that he would host the Israeli version of The Amazing Race. When HaMerotz LaMillion was briefly cancelled after its first season, Meirman moved on to other projects. As such, he did not return for the second season of the show.
Meirman has a master's degree in law. He married his wife Dana Cohen in 2004, but they divorced in 2007. He is a volunteer with the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
